Step 1Apply the base color with Trendy Mauve. For the ring finger, apply the 3D sticker before painting (but it can go over the base coat), and then coat with polish.
3D sticker is from Dimension Nails in Notorious.

Step 2Add gold square studs to the base of all nails except the ring finger.
