I found a really cool picture of matte looking nail polish. i couldn't find it or it was to much.i wad painting one day and realized acrylic paint gives a matte look :)

So first in order to keep the paint on cover your nail with a clear coat doesn't matter what brand and let it completely dry

After it is dry apply one coat of your acrylic paint let it dry and you don't want to apply any clear coat on top it will then not have a matte look

Lastly you can add any regular nail polish for any design you desire :)
