Drill or poke a small hole in the top of two matchsticks

Dip the tips of the matchsticks in modge podge.

Let dry.

Now dip the tips in whatever color nail polish you want them to be. Let dry.

Paint both of the matchsticks with clear or glitter nail polish, whatever floats your boat ;) Let dry.

Now, string a jump ring through the hole you drilled at the top of the matchstick, and attach a earring hook. Repeat. Done!
