Take an empty jar and fill with tablespoons of olive oil, add a drop of your favourite essential oil for each tablespoon of olive oil and then shake it all together. Then grab your friend, boyfriend, girlfriend, husband, wife, child, slave or random passer by and get them to give you a lovely massage.
