Tastes like Marshmallowy Heaven!
Quick and easy fudge! Mmmmm Fudgierific!

I made this using a double boiler on the stove, but you can easily do this in the microwave (just be sure to check on it so it doesn't burn!)

  • Step 1

Break up chocolate, add chocolate, condensed milk and butter to a small glass or metal mixing bowl.

  • Step 2

place mixing bowl in a saucepan of simmering water, keeping the water level low enough as not to spill over the sides of the pan, or into the bowl (but still enough water so the bowl bobs around a little bit).

  • Step 3

Keep watch on the ingredients, mixing them as the melt. Continue until everything is fully melted, and fully combined. (The mixture will darken as it combines)

  • Step 4

Turn stove off, use oven mitts/tea towel to remove bowl (as it will be hot!). Pour fudge mixture into a greased or lined pan, spreading the mixture evenly. Do this quickly, as once it's off the heat, it start setting straight away.

(it's important that the pan is greased or lined, because otherwise the mixture will stick once it has set)

  • Step 5

Sprinkle lityle Marshmallows/whatever you want onto the top of the fudge, and press lightly to stick in.

(Once the Fudge is about half set, you can score it with lines if you want to make it easy to break with your hands later.)

  • Step 6

Leave fudge to set (it's quicker if it's done in the fridge)

    Break, Cut and Enjoy! :D
