Really simple cupcakes with a marshamallow filling and a buttercream topping plus another marshmallow ontop. They are really nice. all you need to do is get an ordinary cupcake recipe, Then melt some marshmallows, leave some for the top though. Then you have 25g of butter or margerine which i used and 25g of icing sugar, then mix and spread ontop with a palette knife or an ordinary knife. At the end you need to put on a marshmallow to make it look glamorous!
