I was looking at bubble skirts,and i fell in love & knew i had to make one *-*

I dug up some tutorials,BooItsBrittany was helpful with trying to get the bubble bit at the bottom and then everything else was done differently.

So i got the fabric cheap & it reminded me of Mario Mushrooms! My mayte Jomo loves mario mushrooms & bubble skirts so i made her one :D
