Based on Marbled Paper by Dana V.

These are the first pieces I made to test this technique. I've been doing a lot of paper craft projects and making ATCs lately, so I used some cardstock scraps I had laying around. It can be a little tricky at first, but I have some ideas to try on my next batch - hopefully they'll be a little brighter :)

Edit:
After my second try, I realized two things: one, you can marble your paper once, let it dry, and then marble it again, to make it very bright and intricate. You can also use a sponge or soft cloth to soak up the excess starch as it dries to keep from having to run it under so much water in the bath (which is where I seem to have been losing most of my color). Some examples of my second try are now the main photo on this version :)
