Take a pair of jeans that you don't mind cutting up. I took a pair of old obnoxious skinny jeans that I never wear. Next, put your jeans on and mark with the tailor's chalk where you wish to cut. I suggest cutting longer and then cut a bit until you have your desired length. You can always make them shorter, but you can't make them longer.

Next, put the jeans on and make sure it is the desired length.

If you like it, go ahead and take them off, fold in half, and cut the other side.

I decided I was going to flip them up and then fold the top over and sew so I have a neat finish. There you have it! Your new pair of shorts! Quick and easy!
