You Will Need

Step 1Cut a strip of cotton cloth. Stick a length of double-side tape at the 12cm from one side. Fold the cloth in half; stick. There will be a circle at the top of the cloth. Stick a length of double-side tape inside the circle.

Step 2Fold the cloth
Fold the circle as the picture shows; make it becomes two layers. Stick two layers and make sure the upper layer is a little shorter than the bottom layer. -
Step 3Make a bow
Tie the cloth with the method of tying a bow at the place of fold line. Trim off a triangle sideling at the other side of the cloth. -
Step 4Make an ornament
Cut out a short strip of cloth. Fold it to make it as 1/3 as the width of the previous one, stick it. -
Step 5Glue the hair hoop
Put the bow at appropriate place on the hair hoop. Wrap the short strip of cloth around the bow with the hair hoop; glue both ends. Glue a small piece of cloth covering the ends to make it neater and firmer.
