Cut the shirt according to the black line on the picture, and cut the collar off (you can do that, but I didn't).

After that fold your shirt 1 centimeter (or .5 inches) and put the pins in the fold.

Sew it together.

Take the ribbon and get it through the "tunnel".
You can do that with a long needle. -

Pull on both sides and you're done!
