As you see on pic 2, these favorite jeans ( already painted with stars and words and stuff ) were ripped all over!
When these pants started falling apart long time ago I could still wear them, but with time the holes got too big. Even for somebody who has no problem with showing some goods ;D It just became tooooo... open... and my BF got mad every thime I put them on xD
Well, I did not want to throw away that precious piece of clothing. So I digged out my fabric leftovers and found a pink one which seemed perfect. I gave it some leopard pattern by hand ( pic #3 -.- never again!!! ) and sewed these patches behind some of the holes, still showing that the original fabric is ripped there.
And now, guess what: I can wear those trousers again for some months, and they are soooo rockstar-y xD
Still thinking of some ways to style them up even more, we'll see...
( yeah, I know there is a mistake on pic #1, I failed at sewing there. Am going to repair that tomorrow *yawns* )
...
Wuh, sorry for todays bad english, it's late over here in germany and I'm tired ^^

How cute!
I did that to some jeans once, the whole was on the knee instead of the bum.
haha
I like those, though :D

Jeans like that are the story of my life. Every pair I own has holes like that. Three cheers to needles and thread haha.

That looks really cool! I find it so hard to use fabric markers! How do you manage to use it without the fabric slipping everywhere? And the pattern's borders are never sharp enough for me :(

Hehe, I used "edding", a waterproof permanent marker and just hold the fabric with my left hand while drawing... The fabric wasn't stretchy so I had nooo problems painting it!

That leopard print looks amazing! I can't believe you did by hand. I have quite a few pairs of jeans that I'm continuously patching up like this!

Yeah, dress properly, thats why you are wearing toothbrush bracelets... ô.Ô
I could have written a comment telling you how kindergarden they are, but guess what, I didn't, because I seriously think that if I don't like something, I just have to shut up. I hope you will lear that with the years.
