You Will Need

Step 1Find a picture you like (one of your own or search the internet) This picture is a search of "Ida Corr"
Copy-paste the picture to Microsoft Word

Step 2Presh the "two pillar" icon thing, in the "Picture editing bar" (this shows up when clicking on the picture).
Choose "Black-white"

Step 3Now the picture is black and white. Adjust by clicking on the "suns" (lighting)..
Now you can paint by eye on the canvas
