OK so take the glass and backing off of the the frame. Now take tacky glue (which works best) and glue the fabric tightly into the crevices around the edges or border of the back or the frame. Let it dry, maybe even overnight. When DRY you can add decorations. To use simply poke the earrings into the fabric parts. Leave the backing off though, of the earrings will get bent, ask how I know ;) You have made an easy-peasy earring holder :)
