Good for any dark baking!
I get a lot of questions on how the black icing for my Jack Skellington Graveyard cake turned out. Most of the time if people make black icing it turns out bitter. But mine is sweet and delicious.

Gather materials!

Put the chocolate icing into a mixing bowl.

Then add the food gel and mix with your whisk.

Once its completely black, store in a plastic container with a lid and cool.
