• 

  Step 1

  Take a scrap piece of cardboard and lay it out on your work surface. Using an upside down bowl (or any circular object) trace out a circle, then flip the bowl back right side up and center inside first drawn circle to make the inner circle to be cut out. This is, of course, assuming that the bottom of your bowl is a lot smaller than the open end. :)

  Step 2

  Using a scrap of left over cardboard, cut out a leaf shape to use as the template for all of your leaves.

  Step 3

  Carefully lay your leaves out on the bigger, outer circle and glue them together. NOT to the cardboard yet, just to each other by adding a dab of glue underneath the top edge of the leaf that connects it to the leaf in front of it.

  Gently remove this leaf circle and lay it aside while it dries.

  Step 4

  Do the same thing with the inner circle of leaves. Remember to gently remove it from the cardboard circle and lay aside to dry the glue.

  Step 5

  Taking a pencil (or using a small hole punch), punch two holes at the top of the wreath. Then thread your yarn through from front to back and tie a knot in the top. This is for hanging the wreath.

  Step 6

  Here's a picture of how to thread the yarn through.

  Step 7

  Finally, spread glue all over the front of the cardboard and lay down the inner circle first. Press firmly into place. Then add the outer ring.

  Let glue dry and then it's ready to hang!
