All I really did for this was cut up a few pages of a magazine with like pictures and pasted them on the vase using Mod Podge! When I got them all on there the way I liked them I put an extra coat of the Mod Podge on to make it smooth. I got the vase at Walmart... just a small $1.00 one... but it looks adorable in my bathroom holding a flower or two in it!
