I followed Fallan R.'s instruction's pretty much to a T. I already had all the supplies and even the magazine strips done (left over from a magazine bowl).

I used a hot glue gun and super glue and instead of felt on the back I used cardboard.

I spray painted the magazine strips black and then misted silver spray paint over them (hard to see in that light).
