I love this! A how-to would be AWESOME! They charge a 'pretty penny' for these at Joann's, etc.

it's a version of someone else's that i linked to it. (they have a how to!) the only difference i did was make sure the tape on each piece is the exact size of the magazine stripe, it makes the finished project much less choppy.
