cut out thing you like such as clothes makeup and celebrities...
i recommend cutting out big pieces of colors and prints that u like so u can fill in the empty spaces.

i must admit i didn't have regular paper glue so i used wood glue and mixed it with water :P... i think u can use whatever glue u have just make sure it doesn't ruin the pictures that u cut out...

with a paintbrush spread a thin layer of glue on the photos u cut out and press hard

paint a top coat with varnish it will make the shoes look shiny and nice.
