cut out a pattern like this. also cut out some arms.

before you sew the body, draw a face and iron to your instructions

sew together leaving a space to stuff.

turn inside out and stuff. sew the remaining space together. sew on the arms too.

sew a yellow dress that fits your doll.

go online and print out an issue of the quibbler and a spectraspecs template. glue them onto card stock and cut them out. glue red and blue cellophane onto each lens of the spectraspecs.

glue the spectraspecs onto Luna's face and sew the quibbler upside down to her hands.

put Luna's robes on.

glue yellow yarn to Luna's head and style appropriately.
