Nice & Simple

Lucky Stars Necklace

  • Completed Project: Lucky Stars Necklace Picture #1

simple and cute

To make the necklace I just made lots of lucky stars using watercolour paper (because it's a bit stronger and thicker than regular paper) and painted them with a light wash of acrylic paint, then threaded them together on some sewing thread doubled up and finished with jewelry findings. I also made a paper mache bowl using newspaper and watered down PVA glue, then painted it and decorated some more lucky stars to go inside it :) I'll do a how-to if anyone wants it but I think there's already one on here for the lucky stars so go find that if you want to know how :)
