I wish mine would look that good but when I try to make them puffy they look like i've killed them... a few of them have survived though... what did you make them out of???

These are beautiful - I've tried to do them but I can't make them puffy Happy Any tips on how to do it? Oh and have you used wrapping paper for these?

nope! just strips of paper.

if I want to use them as beads I usually seal them with sparkly nail polish.
