Quick, easy, much cheaper than regular fondant, and most of all TASTY!!!

I came up with this recipe because regular fondant isn't tasty enough on it's own, this version is sweeter and filled with LOVE.

Recipe

  1. 1

Melt 1 cup of marshmallows in the microwave on high for 30 seconds

  2. 2

Quickly spoon the marshmallows out into a medium sized bowl to prevent it from sticking

  3. 3

Cream a half a stick of butter until light and fluffy (Warm the butter in the microwave for five seconds to help cream)

  4. 4

Mix the marshmallows and the creamed butter in the medium sized bowl

  5. 5

Add the powdered sugar little by little while mixing until formed into a dough

  6. 6

Use cornstarch on your hands and surface to prevent the dough from sticking while you kneed in the food coloring

  7. 7

Before applying the fondant over top of the cake, make sure the cake has been refrigerated for at least two hours (optional) to prevent the fondant from melting onto the cake
