Opera worthy evening wear earrings from a few inches of fringing. Easy project!
Louis Vuitton had loong black fringe earrings on the models in their SS2011 collection runway show. To make them you´ll need fringe ribbon, scissors, tape, sewing thread, needle and a pair of earring posts and backs.

To make them you´ll need fringe ribbon, scissors, tape, sewing thread, needle and a pair of earring posts and backs.

Cut the fringe. Use tape to secure the ends.

Fold the fringe ribbon ends to the middle and push the earring back pin through the ribbon layers.

Sew fold together by hand.

Finished!

Wear with your hair styled up, so these earrings get full attention.
