Off the shoulder t-shirt from long sleeve t-shirt!
I Bought this camouflage long sleeve t-shirt for 5 pesos at the thrift store and saw potential in it, but it was forgotten in some messy corner of my room, so the other day I decided to do something with it, since it's starting to get a little too cold for tank tops down here :)

You Will Need

Step 1This is what it looked like when I bought it. Booooring.

Step 2Carefully cut around the collar, a little more to one side than the other

Step 3Pin around the collar

Step 4Like so

Step 5Sew it!

Step 7Add a little ruffle to the sleeve by zig-zagging it with safety pins
