Take a long sleeve blouse and cut off the sleeves at your desired length!

From one of your sleeves cut ribbons and fold the sides to make them nice and tidy!

Place the fabric ribbons at the end of your sleeve and place the chain on top. Sew them on the sleeve either together or first the ribbon and then the chain.

The chain i had was not enough for both sleeves, so i covered the gap on the second sleeve with a bow i made from the leftovers.

I cut a square piece of fabric and folded it like an accordion. I used needle and thread to secure the bow and used a piece of the ribbons to cover the middle of it.

I sewed the bow on the sleeve and voila...
