Cut a rectangle of fabric to the size you want.

Fold it over and sew it along the edges to hold in place and make it thincker.

Cut strips of ribbon to fit accross like how you can see in the picture.

Glue in place.

Cut and sew lace along the edge like in mine.

Cut a piece of ribbon that you can tie under your head.

Sew to the underneath of the headband.

Place on your head.

Tie under head.

Now you look all KAWAII!
