Ok, so I got crafting wire, some beads, ribbon, a couple hours to kill before True Blood(THAT IS MY SHOW) and I whipped this little baby up!
Got any tips for me for next time? Thanks a bunch for looking!

VERY cute. I love how it turned out. (:
Great job!

I saw the tutorial for this, but I just couldn't figure it out. And also, I don't have any wire and beads, hahah.

Lol, well the lack of beads and wire is the only problem I see. The tutorial I found was in Japanese, So I only had pictures to go with. Pictures really can tell a story ;D
If you want to make a beaded crown, all you need are the wire and beads, all of which cost under 10$. Actually, I got all of mine under 5 XD.
If you ever get the wire and beads, and want a reallllllllllly simple(and english) tutorial, just let me know. I would be more then happy to help out a fellow craftster!

That is so cute. A tutorial in English would be great.
Was the Japanese tutorial you mentioned online? If so, would you mind sharing the link to it?
