cute mini Lolita top hat
i made this hat to match a purple and black Lolita outfit i have , i figured out that using a headband to keep the hat in place is the best way and nobody notices its there its great , i made my hat using items i already had like some scrap lace,ribbon a simple headband, hot glue gun,cardboard and imagination :) hope u like it its very simple.
