so i dont know japanese but figured out how to make it based on the pictures and made some arrangements of my own

so first cut out a cross shape draw it on the fabric you want to use and cut it out, also cut out four shapes like the ones on the picture any size u want , two for the exterior, two for the lining and finally two long stripes for the ruffles.

making the ruffles is pretty easy just sew and fold as you sew , fold the fabric a little hold it sew it, fold again sew over the fold on so on until you have a long line of ruffles i suggest you make as much ruffles as you can with the fabric.

here are my finished ruffles i ironed them to make them neater.

draw a smaller shape of your purse in the center with the chalk sew your cross shape in the center of it

i dont have a picture of it but the next step is to sew the ruffles on top of the chalk lines

ok now place your cut outs and ruffles as shown on the picture ..#3 is the one with the ruffles and cross already sewn in it ,sew all around the purse making sure you are sewing all the three pieces together, turn it inside out.

so here is how it should look now , you can see that the trim of the ruffles dont look very neat so next i sew a black ribbon over the edge of it.

its almost finished now sew the lining pieces together and place them inside the purse and sew them now all you need is a handle for your purse

i didn't like the handle suggested by glb so i decided to just attach a loong satin satchel to it and make bows on both ends and this is how it turned out .
