Lolita Beaded Crown My First Time Working With Wire!

I am interested in making something similar to this. Can you please provide instructions. I am trying to figure out how the center top comes together.

Lol, well the lack of beads and wire is the only problem I see. The tutorial I found was in Japanese, So I only had pictures to go with. Pictures really can tell a story ;D
If you want to make a beaded crown, all you need are the wire and beads, all of which cost under 10$. Actually, I got all of mine under 5 XD.
If you ever get the wire and beads, and want a reallllllllllly simple(and english) tutorial, just let me know. I would be more then happy to help out a fellow craftster!
