This is the way to do it ;D
Im sure everybody has seen Lady Gaga's lips in the Paparazzi video so if your wondering how its done heres a simple way :D

First you'll need a foundation thats lighter than your skin.

You apply it on your lips.
Smoothen it out. hihihi -

Make a half heart shape thats pretty round on the top lip. Then a smaller oval one on the bottom. Th Everyones mistake is making both lips the same size. Then you darken it a little more then your done. :D
