cute summer skirt that lets in that breeze.
I found a little girls sundress at a flea market. and I simply detached the skirt from the top. cut off part of the bottom to make a waistband, then reattached the remaining skirt. I hemned it up, added a separating zipper, a flap with button holes, and some buttons. Viola!!
