This was a free pattern on line, through Lion Brand Yarns, "Blossom Purse"
The pattern makes a purse that is pretty flat, with very little room.
So the second version needed the addition of a gusset, to create more room for all the things little girls need to carry. Am working on a big girl version....same pattern, BIGGER crochet circles, longer wider gusset, and maybe even a zipper, :-)

So, crochet 12 circles. All the same size, with a hook you are comfortable with. 10 are the same color, and 2 are the color of the center of the flower. Then sew them together.
I made I-cord handles on these in knit, but only because these purses were never going to carry a lot of weight in them.
