Plain but adorable... a slouchy beret?

So... I'd have gladly made a how-to but I will be honest and tell you that I really just "winged it". I think I started with ch4 and joined it, and did something like 12sc into it... and all the little loopy bits are 3hdc into st, 1sc into next, 3hdc into st, 1sc... and a row of sc, and a row of the other, and... yeah... it's just me playing with hdc's and sc's and trying to make a hat. And it worked! I think I'm gonna sell it on my Etsy, actually.
Found this yarn at a thrift store, I'm 90% sure it's 100% wool (cuz I found it on a day where almost all the yarn was 100% wool of some kind or another). I couldn't resist it cuz I thought it looked like dryer lint LOL... I have another ball but I don't know what to do with it yet.
