Good things come to those who wait. Make yourself some delicious lemon vodka.

  1. Step 1

    Pour the vodka in to an air-tight bottle.

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

    Chop up the lemons in to small pieces.


  3. Step 3

    Step 3

    Place the lemon in the vodka, seal the bottle and leave for 3 weeks.

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

    3 weeks later, filter the vodka either using a filter or a sieve and then pour the filtered vodka back in to the bottle.


  5. Step 5

    Step 5

    Bring the water to the boil in a saucepan and then stir in the sugar.

  6. Step 6

    Step 6

    When the sugar has melted, pour the sugar water in to the bottle and leave for another week. After a week, it's ready to drink.

Oi I want to make everything on your site but some of the measurements I dont understand. whats x mean when it says 1 x water???
