You could also make this with lemon juice or a mixture of both.

You Will Need

Step 1Heat water & sugar together in pot until sugar is dissolved.
Set aside to cool.

Step 2Add lime juice & zest to water & sugar mixture.

Step 3Place in freezer & fork every half hour until set.

Step 4Continue to fork until the sorbet is light & frozen.

Step 5Serve.
