*Put the fabric on your board
Lay your cork board flat out on the ground. Arrange all your different fabric scraps on it, so that none of the cork shows thru. Use thumbtacks to keep them in place.

Now for the fun part!
*Arrange your life memories on the board
With the cork board still flat on the ground, gather together all your pictures and objects, and rearrange them however you want on the board! Use thumbtacks to keep these in place also.

And that's it! Either hang your board up, or lean it up against something to show it off!
