Tired of amazing shoes in your size that are too narrow? Answer!
 <  Image 1 of 2  >

I'm a slave to shoes, especially beautiful stilletoes that are on sale (these babies were a tenner)but my perfectly normal width feet cant fit into them. So I customized them by cutting the shoe and adding elastic - in the form of an old bra strap- so they would stretch. I then covered the join with my little pony ribbon and decorated with rinestones, all pink to match the shoes. All in all it took me half an hour with trial and error. Next time I do it I will add a tutorial with lots of step by step pics.By the way ignore the date-stamp on the camera, I did these last year!

Using bra straps is such a clever idea, I'm going to try this.

Yeah you can use them instead of elastic because they're reasonably hard-wearing, plus they come in pretty colours!

I hope to make it in the near future (and get some better pictures) in between college deadlines :(
