clean the lettuce
cook the rice and meat
slice the carrots -
once the rice and meat is cooked. you can place it on the lettuce.
so take a leaf of lettuce, make sure its dried off
now lie it flat, place a spoonful of rice and put it on the lettuce.
now place the sliced carrot on top. and a peice of meat on top.
roll up the lettuce leaf and eat

I totally made this for dinner tonight. I used some tomatoes, onions, shredded carrots and scrambled eggs (which I cooked up with some feta cheese). I put some ketchup on it too. So friggen delish you have no idea! Everyone should give this a try, it's such a healthy alternative.
