Too short dress + knit remnant = layered toddler ruffle dress

Adding an extra layer extends the life of a too short dress, and recycles fabric from an old outfit

    The dress fits but is now too short.

    Zebra-print stretch knit cut from my old pajamas was sewn underneath the dress

  3. Step 3 3

    Added a ruffled flower accent from scrap fabric
