You Will Need

Step 1
Print out attached template. Place ballet slipper template under fusible web and trace using a pencil. Apply to felt following fusible web instructions. Cut out slipper and remove paper backing. Place on Peltex page and fuse together using your iron.

Step 2
Using ribbon, create a crisscross pattern coming up from the ballet slipper. Sew in place.

Step 3
Sew a loose 20-inch piece of ribbon at the top and tie it into a bow. (Tip: To keep ends from fraying, light a match or use a lighter and quickly run each end of the ribbon through the flame to seal.)
