The last photo is digitally manipulated for an avatar I never got around to setting up.

For "Wax" it's actually modeling wax for sculpting wounds, noses and chins.
I use BenNye liquid latex and modeling wax. Though you can use Mehron, Graftobian, and Kryolan. I suggest using stuff that is quality, and for the face and body.

You may also need eyeliner and black eyeshadow to really get the dark eyes.

I was also told to get KY gel to make the latex shine. This was advice from a makeup artist. ;)I haven't gotten any yet. (awkward~! lol)
