large tutu, petticoat for disney princess
I'm making a Belle costume and I needed an extremly poofy pettiskirt. I decided to do it this way instead of an actual one. Its a band of elastic to my waist with strips of tulle knotted.
I think I used 7 yrds worth? I'm not positive.
