for the bigger baby, when the regular sizes don't cut it....
because our baby girl was born a 10 and a half pounder, we're finding that the smaller things, like towels and baby wraps, are just not big enough for her. so I set out on a mission to create some bigger bath towels for her.

The top towel is a regular sized hooded bath towel, shown for comparison.

This image is of my first, and therefore highly experimental towel. (it took a little longer than I'd planned) I'm trying out different stitching and materials on the edges to make it easier and a little less ragged :). will post a 'how to' once I'm satisfied as to both

I'll happily take suggestions on good edging fabric/ribbon/etc and a good way to line up the edging on both sides of the edge to prevent the stitching being way off on one side :D
