I'm working on getting a LalaLoopsy dress pattern formulated from Tipsy's original ballerina dress. This is my first try, and it didn't turn out so well. I believe I've managed to turn this around with the ULTRA-CHIC wire collar and SCANDALOUS backlessness of it all.
