Cat Morley : It's very simple hun . This is basically how I did mine ;
- First paint the base bright red .
- When it's fully dried . Use a little paint brush to draw the lines & spots . The front bit ( the head ) is wayy easier to do cause you can just use the nail polish brush (:

The reason I didn't make it a how to was because I didn't take pictures of every step :/
