I followed the tutorial over on Blue Cricket Design's blog and found the skirts easy to convert into girly dresses for my daughter

Once I got the hang of it, they were simple to whip out on the sewing machine in next to no time and the looks are endless

I got all the skirts from the second hand shop for about $2.50 to $4.00 (AUD) each
