adorn yourself with lace and diomonds!
This is just the enbodyment of an idea I had. I think it looks creative, yet it is a pain to wear! this is inspired bydesigner fashion, as I've seen it using alot of lace recently.
note: this look takes some practice! XD

do your eyes simply with eye shadow and liner to match your liquid eyeliner

with the liquid eyeliner, draw a circle around the outer corner of one of your eyes

draw a wiggly line outside the circle

draw spots around the line

draw thin lines to connect the dots to the circle and line, and draw little lines around the top of the dots and line

to fill in the middle, draw web-like lines

on those lines, stick little false diomonds with liquid eyeliner
